You're not alone in your pain,
that same pain has hit me too.
What you're living through is difficult,
but carrying on is critical.
Cry for help in many ways
and feel no-one is hearing you.
Feeling helpless, hopeless, and miserable,
like your entire being is pitiful.
Struggling is a ritual
with the hell life keeps giving you.
Your inner turmoil is transparent
like a window I can see clearly though.
Wondering if you were gone,
would anybody be missing you.
Talked about and ridiculed,
wishing you were a different you.
When hard life keeps kicking you,
get in touch with the spiritual.
God can fill your empty pool
and make you a newly whole individual.
I've been through it all,
but God always helped get me through.
So be encouraged, be blessed,
up in prayer is where I'll be lifting you.
